|Type in at least 1 letter of the first name and 2 letters of the last name of the person who you are seeking a referral for. Select the button labeled "Search". If a referral has been offered by a prior landlord then the name and contact number of the landlord offering the referral will appear. Don't assume that because a prospective tenant's name appears in the directory that they would be a bad tenant. Please take the time to contact the prior landlord. Issues relating to housing can be complex. Knowing the details about rental history is critical in evaluating prospective tenants.|
|Type in the information that is requested and select the button labeled "Add". Please only submit a referral for a person who you have rented to. You may offer referrals to share any information that will be helpful to a fellow landlord when they are screening your prior tenant. Discouraging negative tenant conduct and promoting positive tenant conduct are both helpful to our industry.|
If you need to make an edit or delete a referral, you may do so by searching for the referral you wish to edit and selecting the edit options that appear on the right side of the information.
